Thank you for your interest in MAIIA membership!  For more details about the organization and membership levels, please review the MAIIA bylaws, or contact us at (770) 517-2616 or admin@maiia.org.

MAIIA members, to renew online:
   1.  log in and click on "view profile" under your name
   2.  click on the "change membership level" button
   3.  choose the appropriate membership level and follow instructions to pay online by credit card.

New members: please choose the membership level below that best describes your company to begin the online application process.  Or, download the appropriate membership application below and mail with check payable to MAIIA at 3227 S. Cherokee Lane, Ste. 1320, Woodstock, GA 30188; or fax to (770) 516-0236 with instructions for your payment preference:

MAIIA Agency Application
(independent insurance agency within City of Atlanta, DeKalb, Fulton, south of Chattahoochee to southernmost City of Atlanta who have agency agreement with at least one property and casualty carrier licensed in GA)

MAIIA Industry Affiliate Application
(any person with bona fide interest in or renders a service to the general insurance industry, such as a carrier)

MAIIA Vendor Affiliate Application
(any person with bona fide interest in or renders a service to the general insurance industry, such as a restoration service)

MAIIA Associate Agency Application
(currently or has been licensed insurance agent for one or more property and casualty carriers but has retired or works for an agency that belongs to another association of independent insurance agents)

MAIIA Associate Young Agent Application
(same as above but also age 40 or younger)
